Prayer is an amazing gift we have been given from God. It is the method by which we communicate with our Heavenly Father, and connect with Him on a personal level. Prayer is not just about giving our petitions to God, and asking Him for what our heart desires (although that is part of it). But Prayer is also about getting us to a place, where what we want, is what He wants for us. There is strength, hope, and power in Prayer. And it is through Prayer that God gives us the guidance, comfort, assistance, and healing that we need.
